3.0 serving Egg white, large1.0 slice, thin Onions, raw0.25 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)0.25 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips1.0 medium Mushrooms, fresh1.0 dash Salt
Directions
Lightly spray hot pan with cooking spray add veggies season and cook till soft add egg whites and a little bit of water if needed.
