1 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated 2 tbsp Almond Butter 24 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava� Organic (1 t) 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour 1 cup Quinoa, cooked1 cup oat flour.3 cup Arrowroot flour 1 serving Jarrow Formulas Whey Protein - Unflavored (1scoop = 1 serving) (by REFERENCE) 1 tbsp Ground tumeric (by SUPERSNAZZ) .25 tsp Pepper, black 1 Tb pumpkin pie spice2 tsp baking powder.25 tsp baking soda.5 tsp sea salt
