5 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh, baked and shredded8 oz Angel Hair Pasta (2oz. Dry 1Cup Cooked) 3 cup Cole Slaw, Fresh Express 1 small Onions, raw sliced1 bell pepper, red, sweet, raw,sliced1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 tbsp peanut oilCombine ingredients below for sauce, mix well2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium) 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar 2 clove Garlic crushed1 tsp Ginger Root finely gratedDash white pepper.
Cook noodles to package instructions, rinse well with cold water to prevent sticking.
Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat . Add oil and vegetables, after until vegetables are nicely seared. Add cooked chicken and noodles, and sauce mix. Toss together until hot and well combined.
