crock pot rump roast

Ingredients
4 pound rump roast4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cubed1 pound baby carrots1 can beef broth1.5 tbsp garlic powder1.5 tbsp onion powder1 cup water
Directions
put potatoes and carrots in the bottom of crock pot. season and add roast. Pour beef broth over roast. add 1 cup water.

Cook on low for about 8 to 10 hours.

Serve with a nice salad (not included in nutritional info) and enjoy!
