Ingredients
4 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese 1 clove garlic, minced 1-1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar1/2 teaspoons olive oil1/8 teaspoon kosher salt 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1/2 loaf French bread, toasted and sliced
Directions
1. In a large bowl, toss together the tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese and garlic. Mix in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper. Serve on toasted bread slices.
