Yummy Brown Rice

Ingredients
1/2 cup instant brown rice1/2 cup chicken stock 1 small onion, chopped1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Heat a small pan over medium heat. Add olive oil. Once heated, add the chopped onion. Once the onion becomes translucent (not brown) add the chicken stock. When the chicken stock begins to boil, add the rice.

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
