Ingredients
6 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 0.75 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 0.75 cup Sargento Mozarella & Provolone Shredded Cheese (1/4 Cup) (by SASAB904) 2 tbsp Butter, salted 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon 2 oz Hillshire Farm Turkey polska Kielbasa 25 gram Jennie-o turkey breakfast sausage 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1 serving fresh mushrooms, sliced (0.25 cup) .75 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh
Directions
Saute veggies and meats in Olive oil. Season to taste
scramble eggs in a separate bowl, season to taste
butter a cast iron skillet and heat in a 400 degree oven.
Add eggs to the skillet, place in the veggies and meats, cover with shredded cheese of your choice.
