Ingredients
1.5 cup blue diamond flour0.25 cup Butter, salted0.25 tsp Salt12.0 tsp Splenda1.0 serving Orange Sugar Free Jello10.0 oz Cream Cheese1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream3.0 tsp Splenda1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Start by combining almond flour,salt, and splenda (1/4 c) together. Add in butter and mix till crumbly. Press into a pie plate and bake 15-20 min at 325. Filling: Cream together cream cheese and splenda (3 tsp). Prepare jello by mixing packet with 1 c boiling water. Add jello mixture to cream cheese and mix. Add in 1 c heavy whipping cream and mix until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared crust and chill until set (2-3 hours.) Top with homemade whipped cream.
