6 serving 1/6 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (Prepared w egg and milk) 16 oz Ground beef, lean 0.5 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper) 1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 0.75 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1 cup Tomato Sauce 6 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
Brown beef, add chopped pepper and corn. Add spice packet Nd water as per packet instructions. Add tomato sauce and simmer 5 mins. Pot meat into a pie pan, top with cheese. Prepare jiffy corn mix as per box directions. Spread on top of cheese. Bake 30 mins at 350f
