2 tbsp Olive Oil 375 mL Chicken Broth or Bouillon 1 clove Garlic 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 175 Couscous 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) Salt to tasteCilantro (optional)
