Cucumber, Mango, and Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 1.5 cup, sliced Mangos 6 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 7 leaves Basil 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 8 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar .2 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Chop mango, cucumber, onions, and basil. Add lime juice and vinegar. Stir to mix. Sprinkle with pepper.

Tear spinach into bite size pieces. Arrange mango mixture on top of the spinach mixture.
