2 tsp A Taste of Thai - Red Curry Paste (by LISAG418) 2 tbsp Canola Oil 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 8 oz Thai Kitchen Light Coconut Milk 1 tbsp Fish Sauce 5 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 0.25 fruit without seeds Lemons 3 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice 16 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock 350 gram(s) Prawns, Ocean Royale Raw Peeled Prawns 1 tsp Ginger Root
Oil, paste, lemon, chopped ginger on high heat; stir together while cooking 1 minute
Add chicken stock, fish sauce, brown sugar - 15 minutes on med heat
Add sliced mushrooms, cook until softened
Add coconut milk and shrimp/prawns, continue cooking until seafood is cooked
Add lime juice and season with salt before serving. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
Serving Size: Makes 6 medium sized bowls
