12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt 6 tsp Garlic Salt 2 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 cup Spinach, fresh
