Ingredients
2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup Milk, 1% 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 serving Oreo Cookies (3 cookies) 1 cup fresh mint leaves
Directions
Mix one cup heavy cream, 1 cup milk, sugar in pot. Add to pot and bring to simmer. Add whole mint leaves and steep for 30 minutes. Poor into bowl, straining out mint leaves. Add in 2nd cup of heavy cream and vanilla. Cool in refrigerator for at least two hours. Crush Oreos and put aside. Churn in ice cream maker for 15 minutes. Add Oreos, and churn another 3 minutes. Put in freezer container to harden.
