Fried Rice

Ingredients
4 serving Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup 2 serving Eggs - Scrambled - 1 Large Egg 1 carrot Carrots, cooked 0.5 cup Peas, frozen 3 tbsp China Lily Soya Sauce (by BORYSK) 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 1 1tsp Sesame Oil 8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Scramble egg - set aside
Saute carrots and peas in butter
add basmati rice (day old rice works best)
add sauces and oil
heat through
add diced chicken and egg
serve
