Ingredients
1 large Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 tsp Oregano, ground 1 grams Bay Leaf 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup diced Potato, raw 2 cup Split Peas 8 cup Vegetable Broth
Directions
Add onions, garlic, spices saute 15 minutes. Add bay leaf, carrots, potatoes (chopped, not diced) split peas and broth. Bring to boil. Simmer uncovered for 45-55 minutes untl peas are soft.
