1 cup 365 Organic Quinoa 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) .25 cup whole kernels Almonds, dry roasted (salt added) 1.5 tsp Curry powder 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
cook quinoa in water until cooked (~15 min). mix in all other ingredients. helps to soak the onions in ice water 20 min to take raw edge off
