Ingredients
0.25 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat0.1 cup Milk, 1%1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh1.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 serving Oatmeal, Old Fashioned Oats (Quaker Oats) - 1/2 cup
Directions
Add 1-2 tablespoons of milk to thin mixture. Pulse ingredients in a blender until smooth. Spray griddle with nonstick spray (the pancakes tend to stick). Cook on hot griddle. Serve with syrup or peanut butter. Serving Size: half of the recipe: 2-3 pancakes
