0.5 cup Canola Oil .25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 8 tbsp Kirkland Signature Egg Whites .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Salt 1.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1.5 cup, mashed Zucchini
Combine the wet then dry ingredients well. Add grated zucchini last and mix well.
Spoon into sprayed, mini-muffin tins and bake 350 for about 20 minutes.
