0.25 cup Butter, melted1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.75 tsp Salt1.0 cup, mashed Banana, fresh0.75 tsp Baking Soda1.0 cup Granulated Sugar1.5 cup Flour, white
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Divide mixture into greased muffin tin. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins.
