Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef 1 small Onions, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell) 4 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium) 2 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower 1 cup Hunt's diced tomatoes , basil, garlic & oregano 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1.5 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
cook ground beef,drain.Add onions,peppers and taco seasoning.Mix well and add tomatoes, riced cauliflower and broth.Cook 8-10 min until rice softens. Sprinkle cheese over the top and cover until melted.
