Chicken Carne Guisada

Ingredients
20 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed3 medium potatoes, diced1.5 cup chopped mushrooms4 pepper Serrano Peppers, chopped1 cup Flourcuminchili powder 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
Directions
In large dutch oven, add cubed chicken, potatoes, and spices and 8 cups water and bring to a boil. Let it cook at a rolling boil for about 60 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through. Add peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms, and let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve hot with tortillas of your choice.
