2.0 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb) Eggplant, fresh60.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g18.0 gram(s) Seeds of Change, Lemon, Garlic. Oregano Seasoning - 1 packet8.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded2.0 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Beat egg w/water, mix dry ingredients. Dip rounds of eggplant in egg then dry. Place on cooking tracks on cookie sheets. Bake @ 400° 15 mini, flip, bake 7 mini more.
