Ingredients
3.0 tbsp tapioca0.25 cup Granulated Sugar2.75 cup Earths Own SoFresh Almond Milk Vanilla1.0 serving Egg white, large
Directions
Add tapioca to pot along with milk sugar and lightly beaten egg. Let stand for 5 minutes. Bring to full rolling boil over med heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool for 20 mins stirring every 10 mins, will thicken as it cools. Serve warm or cool
