Cauliflower Pineapple and Ham Pizza

2.0 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw1.0 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh1.5 serving Hormel Smoked Deli Ham8.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk1.5 cup Barilla - Basilico Tomato & Basil Sauce2.0 serving Egg white, large
1. Prepare 2 Medium heads of cauliflower by rinsing.
2. Break florets off and place into blender. Blend untill florets are roughly the shape of rice.
3. Add 4 cups of water to medium pan
4. Heat 4 cups of water with blended florets on medium for 3 min.
5. Strain water out (cotton flower sac works best)
6. In a medium bowl, mix together:
2 eggs
2 Tbs garlic powder
2 Tbs Salt
2 Tbs Oregano
2 Tbs Basil
Mix ingredients together.
7. Preheat oven for 410 degrees Fahrenheit
8. Spray Pam on parchment paper
9. Place ingredients on parchment paper and shape crust as desired
10. Bake crust for 34 minutes
11. Remove crust after 34 minutes and add marinara sauce, cheese and toppings.
12. Place back into oven for 15 min.
Allow time to cool.
