Ingredients
8 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 12 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh 1 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" Sweet Corn, Fresh 420 gram JFC Sanuki Udon, Frozen Udon Noodles, 1 cup (140g) (by SMOXIE) 1 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce .5 tsp Ginger Root 1 oz Baby Bella aka Baby Portabella Mushrooms (by WONDERGIRL220)
Directions
Chop veggies to bite-sized pieces. Cook noodles in the broth after vegetables have become soft.
