Quicky Tofu Scramble

Ingredients
1/2 cup firm tofu crumbled2 tsp of sweet salsa ( I used Walnut Acres)
Directions
In a lightly oiled skillet - crumble tofu and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes or until it starts to lightly brown. Remove from heat and add salsa.

Serve

It's great with a piece of organic bread or in a tortilla
