Cornmeal fried Shrimp

Ingredients
0.05 cup Yellow Cornmeal 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 12 large Shrimp, cooked 0.15 cup Canola Oil
Directions
Dip shrimp in egg wash then dip in seasoned cornmeal. Then put in pan with oil and cook until golden brown on both sides. Discard leftover oil.
