Ingredients
69.0 Grams Chicken Breast, no skin, fried2.0 tbsp Bacon Bits (Hormel real bacon)28.0 Grams Zucchini34.0 Grams Carrots, cooked20.0 Grams Cheddar Cheese1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Grate cheese, zucchini and carrot. Stir in 1 egg. Cook finely chopped chicken and bacon on small frying pan. Remove when cooked. Add egg mix, spreading out evenly. Sprinkle cooked meat on top. Turn omelette when cooked on one side to seal off other.
