32 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 8 oz Cream Cheese 1 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar 1 tsp Paprika .5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower
Directions
shred chicken, preheat oven to 400 degrees, light spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray set aside. cook cauliflower rice for 7 minutes in microwave allow to cool. in large bowl combine chopped chicken, cream, cream cheese, onion, minced garlic, paprika, chicken stock and cauliflower rice. pour the chicken mixture into pan and top with shredded cheddar cheese. bake uncovered for 20 minutes allow to rest for 5 minutes,
