Ingredients
1 scoop of your favorite Whey protein powder0.5 cup of orange juice0.5 cup of frozen, unsweetened strawberries0.5 cup of pineapple chunks1 small/medium banana1-2 packets of Splenda, to taste1 cup of chopped ice
Directions
Toss all the ingredients together into a blender, close the lid and then let er' rip until it is thoroughly blended.
