1 heaping scoop (35 g) BSN Lean Dessert Fresh Cinnamon Roll1/4 cup water
Directions
In a small bowl combine the water with protein powder. Stir until mixed well. Using a nonstick skillet, pour just like pancake mix.

    I'm eating this right now. It's great for someone who is craving pancakes, but needs to get the protein in. I even added some Any Whey powder and it looks just like a regular pancake - 9/4/08

    Did you use the same protein powder that I used or something else? I've only tried this with the BSN lean dessert fresh cinnamon roll. You have to watch that you don't overcook your pancake. Also, depending on the protein powder you use you may need to use more or less water.
