Raspberry Vinaigrette

1 teaspon walnut or hazelnut teaspoon1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar1 teaspoon sugar1/8 tsp each of ground ginger & black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and shake or whisk well. Drizzle a teaspoon over a green salad mixed with some apple, fresh strawberries or currants.
