Ingredients

2 6oz cans of Honey Boy Boneless Skinless Pink Salmon
1 8oz container of Philadelphia FAT FREE cream cheese
    1 tsp Horseradish
    1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 Tbsp chopped fresh Parsley
    2 Tbsp grated onion

Directions

Makes 8 Servings

In blender or food processor mix together the salmon, softened cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice, and onion. Blend until smooth. *you can just use a bowl and mix it, but I like it really smooth.

Chill until firm enough to handle, then form into a ball. Roll in parsley and/or optional pecans. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with assorted crackers.

**Add anything, I've used paprika for a smokier flavor, celery flakes when I didn't have fresh parsley, I've even put in some ground habanero dry pepper cuz we like hot stuff. Make it your own! Enjoy
