Ingredients
40 medium Mushrooms, fresh 2 clove Garlic 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 6 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 2 tbsp Parsley .5 cup Butter, unsalted 60 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
Directions
chop stems and mix with all other ingredients except butter. Place on large jelly roll pan. pour melted butter over mushrooms and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
