Lima beans in butter sauce

Ingredients
1 32 OZ package frozen green peas1 tsp. salt1 stick butter2 tsp. cornstarch1 cup water
Directions
Cut butter into a few pieces and place in bottom of a medium saucepan. Add peas (still frozen is fine) and salt. Cook over medium to high heat until butter is melted.

Meanwhile, stir the cornstarch into the water. When the butter is melted, pour the mixture over the peas, bring to a boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes until peas are tender.

Makes: 12 servings. This would be large servings.
