1 can pumpkin1/2 cup brown sugar1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp salt1.5 tsp baking soda2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup canola oil1/2 cup water1/2 cup chocolate chips

Mix it all up and bake in 12 pre-sprayed muffin tins at 350 for 23 minutes

    Delicious! You can use part yellow squash puree in place of some of the pumpkin, too. But don't add any extra chocolate chips (it's tempting) or they get too gooey. - 12/26/09
