Zucchini Cheese Casserole

Chop 85 Grams Onions, raw and 4 clove Garlic Add to frying pan with 1 tbsp Olive Oil and sauté until almost clear. Halve 9 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) and add to pan, stir to mix. Add: 2 tbsp Italian Spice 2 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tbsp Parsley, dried Slice to 1/4 inch thin circlesâ€"255 Grams Zucchini Add to frying pan and cook to just tender. Beat 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw in separate bowl. Set out 1.25 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spray baking dish with PAM. Line the dish with one layer of zucchini, then a layer of tomatoes and onion mix. Follow with about 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 cup of egg mixture. Repeat layers until all the veggies are used up. I had 3 layers.
Cook at 350 F in preheated oven in a 7†x 14†casserole
