Baked Salmon

Ingredients
4 serving (Walmart) Wild salmon filets 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.25 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Rinse salmon filets snd pat dry. Scramble egg in a bowl. Place almond flour on a plate. Dip each salmon filet in the egg and then dredge in flour. Place in baking dish and sprinkle eith salt and pepper to taste. May also sprinkle with smoked paprika or Italian seasoning. Bake 10 minutes.
