Ingredients
2.15 cup King Arthur Flour Gluten Free Pancake Mix (1/3 cup = 1 serving dry) 2 tsp Baking Soda 2 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 cup Olive Oil 0.3 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 0.65 cup Maple Syrup 11 oz 365 Organic Almond Milk Unsweetened 40 gram(s) Dates, Pitted (Sun Date) | 5-6 dates (40g) 1 serving Vega protein and greens - Vanilla
Directions
Mix ingredients (protein powder optional), add 1tsp of xanthan flour if gluten free flour doesn’t have it already. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes (It’s all good)
