Low(er) Fat Hummus

Ingredients
1 15oz can of Chick Peas ( I used Kroger Brand Chick Peas1 TBSP Organic Tahini ( I used Arrowhead Mills Organic Sesame Tahini)The juice of one fresh lemon (approximately 2 TBSP)2 TBSP Olive Oil2 cloves of garlic2 tsp salt (or to taste)1 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
Directions
Using a food processor, blend all ingredients together to make a thick paste.

The yield is 1.5 cup of hummus (24 TBSP).
This makes 12 servings of 2 TBSP each.
