Ingredients
850 grams Lentils 16 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots) 6 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 6 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 4 cup Kirkland Organic Chicken Broth (by RAJMHJ) 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 3 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes 5 tbsp Curry powder 2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
Directions
1. Rinse lentils, finely chop scallions, dice celery
2. Add all ingredients to crock pot
3. Stew on low for 8 hours
