32 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 2 cup Carrot Puree (by JAGUARLADY77) 2 serving Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g) 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 tbsp Heinz Organic Ketchup 0.5 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Oil and sauce for pan, mix rest of ingredients and season to preference.
Coat loaf pan in the olive oil, add mixture to pan and flatten top. Cover the loaf with a generous layer of sauce
Bake at 325F for appox. 1 hour to internal temperature of 160-165
Serving Size: makes about 8 slices
