40 gram(s) Red Bell Peper 40 grams Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 40 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers) 5 pepper Hot Chili Peppers 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving 1/2 fresh avocado 50 gram(s) Corn on the Cob, Sweet Corn, Medium Ear 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Stir fry bell pepper and chilli with extra virgin olive oil. Add salt and black pepper to the mixture. Add eggs and till suitable color.
Boil corn cobs as a side dish.
