-2Tbs Ghee or Oil of choice (if Vegan)-1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds (optional)1/4 tsp Carom Seeds (optional) -1 cup chopped Onions-2Tbs Ginger Garlic paste-1/2 cup chopped Tomato-1Tbs Tomato Paste-1/3 cup Red Lentils (Masoor Dal)-1/3 cup Small Yellow Lentils (Moong Dal)-1.5 tsp Salt-1 tsp Turmeric -1 tsp Garam Masala-1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder-Cilantro for garnish (optional)
Saute Onion and tomato in ghee on saute feature in instant pot unitl browned, add ginger and garlic paste (1tbsp ginger, 1 tbsp garlic) and saute until aromatic, add tomato paste, stir, add lentils stir for several minutes, add water 2.5-3 cops (to preference) Put lid on, pressure cook on high for 15minutes
