1 serving Pasta, Wagon Wheels (1 cup) (by KRILLFURY) .25 cup Butter, salted 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .5 tsp Salt 1 serving 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder (by ANEWAY) 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper (by GARPER) .25 tsp Pepper, black 2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers 4 tbsp Kraft Ranch Salad Dressing 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Butter and 2-quart baking dish. Cook till al-Dente according to package directions: drain. In a large the pot, heat butter over medium heat until sizzling. Whisk in flour; cook, stirring, until flour is golden, 1 to 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk; cook, stirring, until mixture is thick and smooth, 8 to 10 minutes turn off heat.; Stir in salt, cumin, pepper flakes and pepper, then, if you wish, jalapeno peppers until cheese melts. Stir in red peppers and dressing, then pasta. Transfer to baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Cool 10 minutes before serving and sprinkle with green onions.
