Chicken Cranberry Salad

1# chicken breast, boneless/skinless1 cup Craisins2 cup Kraft Light Mayonnaise2 tbsp garlic, minced1 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground black pepper2 tbsp fresh Rosemary leaves, torn in small pieces
Bake chicken breast in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove from pan, pat with paper towel and set aside to cool.
When chicken has cooled, place Craisins in small bowl and fill with warm water just until berries are covered. Soak for 20-30 minutes to soften.
While berries are soaking, dice chicken into 1/2 inch pieces.
Place cubed chicken, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper and Rosemary in large bowl .
Drain berries and add to chicken mixture. With mixing spoon, fold all ingredients together until well combined.
Cover with plastic wrap, or if using plastic container with lid, place lid on container, and refrigerate for an hour to blend flavors before serving.
