Ingredients
500 grams Beans, red kidney 80 grams Onions, raw 88 grams Carrots, raw 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil 1 cup Tomato juice, without salt added 100 grams Podravka Hot Ajvar (by MISSCRABETTE) 1 tsp Thyme, ground 1 dash Salt 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Boil beans with a dash of thyme. In another pan, add 2 tablespoons sunflower oil and heat, add 1 medium size onion, chopped and raw grated carrot and leave them to soften a little bit. Add boiled beans and stirr. Leave them to boil for a minute and add tomato juice and ajvar. Leave them to boil for few minutes, to mix the flavous. Do not leave them and stirr frecquently. Stop de cooking machine. It can be added fresh chopped parseley, if you like.
