Ingredients
17.6 oz Ox tail - raw (by EMMABE1) 15 cup beef bone broth 4 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw 5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 tbsp Fish Sauce 0.25 cup Soy Sauce 400 grams Noodles, egg, cooked, unenriched, without added salt
Directions
Put all ingredients in a large pot except soy sauce and egg noodles. Cover with water and cook for 7 hours. Remove from heat and refrigerate overnight or until the fat solidifies on the surface. Remove fat and throw away. Remove the meat off the bones and throw bones away. Return meat to stock and add soy sauce and noodles and reheat. Serve with blanched Bok Chok
