Cold Potato Soup - super easy!

Ingredients
1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 4 tbsp Aldi's Light Sour Cream (by STLKINGHORNS) 1 tbsp minced onions (by GRANDCRACKER) 2.5 serving Happy Harvest Whole Potatoes salt and pepper as desired
Directions
Drain canned potatoes and add everything to your blender. Blend! Serve - garnish with parsley, chives, etc.

If you want everything to be cold, keep the canned potatoes and broth in the fridge beforehand. Otherwise, refrigerate until cold enough after it's done.
